About these terms - These terms apply to your use of the Calorie Cookbook website and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order you agree to them.
Digital products and licence – Our cookbooks are delivered as PDF files. When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, store it on your own devices and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing product.
Orders and prices – Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Download links are sent immediately after payment. If a link stops working, contact us and we will help.
Health information and disclaimer – Our books are for general information only. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and do not replace a qualified professional. Calorie and nutrient values are calculated estimates and can vary with brands, portions and preparation. Speak with your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, taking medication or have a history of disordered eating. Some recipe photos show decorative side items that are not part of the recipe. You use the recipes at your own risk.
Alcohol – The Cocktail Book is intended for adults of legal drinking age only. Please drink responsibly.
Intellectual property – All content, including text, recipes, layouts, images and logos, belongs to Calorie Cookbook or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability – To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
