Digital products
Calorie Cookbook sells digital PDF cookbooks. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

When we will help
We want you to be able to use what you bought. Please contact us within 30 days of your order if:
- your file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open;
- you received the wrong file;
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- you could not download the file after trying again on a stable connection.

In these cases we will replace the file, fix the problem or, where we cannot, refund your order. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Bundles
If a bundle contains a file that is faulty, we will replace that file. We do not refund individual books from a bundle once any file in the bundle has been downloaded.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live, including consumer rights that cannot be waived.
